Reservation Policies

Reservations — When you call to make a reservation, our reservationist will first ask you for the passenger's home phone number, including the area code, regardless of the pickup location. This home phone number accesses the passenger's patron file in our computer system. This file will consist of the passenger's name, address, preferred payment method, and an additional space for any special instructions (i.e., difficult to find address). If a passenger is a one-time user or out-of-state visitor, we will establish a temporary patron file. Under these circumstances only, it is possible to use an office phone number.

Cancellations/Order Changes — We prefer to receive any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance, but will accept them up to at least One Hour prior to the scheduled pickup time. If One Hour's notice is not given, we will charge the minimum fare for a "no-show". Please retain the cancellation number our reservationist will give you; It is your proof of cancellation. If a change order is given for a later pickup time, and it is not received within One Hour of the original pickup time, waiting time charges will be incurred.

Midway Airport — At Midway, unlike at O'Hare, we send a limousine to meet you at the appropriate flight arrival time. We do not stage limousines at this airport. We do, however, monitor all arriving flights so that we send you your limousine at the correct time. The passenger must still phone our "800" number after retrieving all luggage. Because we send the limousine to Midway upon request, we ask that you please follow our cancellation policy; you must call us with any cancellations or changes.

Private Airports — Palwaukee, Waukegan, Monarch at Midway, Butler at Midway and O'Hare, Meigs, DuPage County, etc. At these airports, we send a limousine to meet you at the appropriate arrival time. We do not stage limousines at these airports. When you make your reservation, please supply us with the tail number on the plane, company name, if applicable, and the pickup time. Again, please inform us of any cancellations or changes within One Hour of the scheduled pickup time. If we are not informed, you will be billed the minimum fare, or waiting time charges will be incurred.
