Our vehicles and staff are operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our exceptional level of service is further enhanced by the addition of a direct Internet reservation system, saving time and insuring accuracy. Our expanded fleet now includes deluxe mini coaches and larger stretch limousines - providing a multiuse selection of vehicles. As we constantly evolve for the future, O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service will remain at the forefront of the challenging ground transportation industry.
Staff
Our chauffeurs and internal client services staff are the most thoroughly trained and highly professional.
Every chauffeur must successfully complete a background check and medical evaluation. Our comprehensive training program includes a strong emphasis on vehicle safety, customer relations, etiquette and personal appearance.
Our courteous client services staff places a high priority on efficiency and accuracy. To achieve this, we offer a state-of-the-art, fully computerized dispatch, reservation and billing system.
Group Reservations
In order to satisfy the ever-increasing demand by corporate clientele for a more personalized, hands-on service, O'Hare-Midway has established a Group Reservation Department, which will accommodate the needs of groups consisting of ten or more separate reservations. In addition to taking the actual reservation, our coordinators will assist in routing, quoting, and any special needs of your group. All group reservation requests are subject to vehicle availability.
When sending group reservations please be sure to include passenger names, travel dates, airport, airline, flight numbers, arrival/departure time and pick-up/destination addresses. Please allow up to 72 hours to process your request. Groups of 50 or more passengers may require additional time.
