Additional Charges
Stretch Limousine Premium
Reservations requiring a stretch limousine - either by customer request or in cases of larger parties (4 or more) - will be subject to an additional $10.00 premium.
Limousine requests will be honored for private car reservations only. Shared car reservations will be assigned to the nearest available vehicle, and may be a sedan, limousine, or SUV.
Shared car reservations that (by chance) are assigned to stretch limousines will not be subject to the additional $10.00 premium.
Skis
There is a $5.00 charge for all skis in a shared car. Skis are free of charge in a private car.
Extra Passengers
There is a $5.00 charge for each additional person from the same address in a shared car; 4 or more people must be a private car.
Additional Stops
If you wish to make stops on the way to your final destination you must reserve a private car. There is a $10.00 charge for all "in-line" stops. Any non-"in-line" stops are subject to special quote.
Waiting Time
In a shared car, waiting time is charged at a rate of $10.00 for the first ten minutes. After fifteen minutes, the shared car becomes a private car. Private car waiting time is billed at a rate of $15.00 for each fifteen minute increment. After one hour of waiting, the private car becomes a charter.
Private Airports
O'Hare-Midway must be provided with the tail number and the arrival time information on flights arriving at private airports. This will assist the chauffeur in identifying the plane he is waiting for and locating his client. The tail number is for identification purposes only and does not enable O'Hare-Midway to track the status of private planes, which are most often not in communication with the arrival airport until they are within a certain range. Therefore, we must be notified of any delays or arrival time changes at least one hour before the originally scheduled arrival time in order to avoid waiting time charges.
Meet and Greet Fee
The charge to have our chauffeur park the limousine and meet the passenger at the baggage claim area is the private car rate plus $30.00 plus any parking fees.
Concerts and Sporting Events
There is a $20.00 charge on top of the private car rate for all sporting events and concerts where attendance is within a certain amount. For concerts and certain major sporting events continuous charters are required in most circumstances. (see sidebar).
Airport Departure Tax
In 1993, The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority enacted a departure tax for fares leaving O'Hare and Midway Airports.

Mileage Rates
Within the published rate area, the rate shall be $1.50 per mile for trips that involve one or more non-"inline" stops - or the sum of the minimum town rates, whichever is greater. Outside the published rate area, the rate shall be $1.50 per mile for a round trip, or a charter, whichever is greater; and $2.00 per mile for a one-way trip, or a charter, whichever is greater.
