Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including:

• American Express
• Diner Club/Carte Blanche
• Discover Card
• JCB International
• MasterCard
• VISA

Do you accept personal or company checks?

We are glad to accept your unaltered first party personal or business checks, money orders or valid travelers checks (countersigned in our presence) provided they meet the following requirements:

1. Customer's name must be preprinted by the bank
2. Current address must be on check
3. Current date - NO predated or postdated checks
4. Checks must be made out to "O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service®"
5. Valid ID must be presented to the chauffeur

Do you accept out-of-state checks?

Yes, we do accept unaltered first party out-of-state checks, provided they meet the following requirements:

1. Customer's name must be preprinted by the bank
2. Current address must be on check
3. Current date - NO predated or postdated checks
4. Checks must be made out to "O'Hare-Midway Limousine Service®"
5. Valid ID must be presented to the chauffeur

How do I use a coupon?

If you have received a coupon from O'Hare-Midway or from some hotel or publication, simply present the coupon to the chauffeur at the time of your trip and the amount will be deducted from your fare. Only one coupon per trip allowed.

What is a 'Prepaid'?

You can arrange to pay for a guest or client who will not have the credit card to present to the chauffeur, we call this a "Prepaid". You will need to send us, either by fax or mail, a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with one of the following forms:
One-Time Prepaid Form
Recurring Prepaid Form

Can I arrange to pay for a guest/client on my credit card?

You can arrange to pay for a guest or client who will not have the credit card to present to the chauffeur, we call this a "Prepaid". You will need to send us, either by fax or mail, a copy of the front and back of your credit card along with one of the following forms:
