How do I find my limousine when I arrive at the airport?

Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. After retrieving all your luggage, call our toll-free number 800-468-8989 and give the operator your name or confirmation number and which airport you are at. The operator will tell you which door to go out and what your license plate number will be.

At O'Hare Airport, exit the door you were given and cross to the first island. Keep an eye out for your plate number. When the chauffeur gets to your door he will pull the car over, but he is not permitted to leave the limousine or call out your name, you must approach him. The plate number is also on a placard in the front window of the limousine.

What is a 'meet and greet'?

A "meet and greet" is when the chauffeur parks the limousine and goes into the terminal to meet the passenger, with a sign on which the customer's name is written. For security reasons the chauffeur is no longer allowed to meet passengers at the gate, it is now necessary to meet passengers at the baggage claim area. There is an extra $30 fee for this service plus any parking charges.
